Ariel Brewer is a state champion in the 800 meters and member of four state championship cross-country and track and field teams at Pope John Paul II High School in Lacey, Washington.

Senior Ariel Brewer, from Pope John Paul II High School in Lacey, Washington, has officially signed a letter of intent to run cross-country and track and field at Carroll College today. Carroll is recognized for having one of the nation's top small college cross-country programs.
Ariel was a member of three state championship cross-country teams at Pope John Paul II High School and contributed to one state championship track and field team. Additionally, she participated on a JPII cross-country team that won the state academic championship in cross-country. Throughout her time at JPII, Ariel earned several team podium finishes.
In track and field, Ariel consistently excelled, placing multiple times at the state championships in the 800 meters, 1600 meters, and 3200 meters. Last year, as a junior, she won the state title in the 800 meters.
Ariel has served as a JPII cross-country captain and achieved high placements at the state cross-country championships for the past two years. She joins several former JPII cross-country and track and field athletes who have gone on to compete at the collegiate level in NCAA Division I, II, III, or NAIA programs.
Ariel is an exceptional athlete and a dedicated student who will continue to excel both on and off the track.
She is the daughter of Jim and Ann Brewer, longtime local small business owners in Olympia, Washington, who own Pacific Air Heating & Air Conditioning | Air Conditioner, Furnace, Olympia.
